My house is up for sale folks!
So if any of you happen to be looking/know someone looking for a house let me know.
The house has 4 bedrooms (master bedroom is HUGE), 1 bath, large kitchen and dining area. The house totals just over 1100 square feet. It has new tile-flooring in kitchen/dining area and original hardwood flooring throughout. It has new paint in most rooms and will also have brand new vinyl-tile sealed and installed in the bathroom before closing. The house has a large fenced-in backyard --- perfect if you have a dog. The master bedroom has neutral carpet, and a 1-year old sliding glass door that leads out to a small balcony overlooking the backyard. All new windows upstairs. We installed central air conditioning in the home just last year. The roof, furnace and water heater are also relatively new. House Also includes a one-car detached garage.
I took some pictures of the inside of the house just this morning. Coming soon: I will soon have pictures of the master bedroom (it was full of boxes this morning, sorry :) I also will take pictures of the completed bathroom with new flooring as well as the exterior after I get all the leaves picked up.
The house is VERY competively priced for other homes in the area. For example, most other homes at the same price are 800 square feet or less, and less property included.
